Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to outline the terms and conditions of use and operation of services provided on “Havehad” (the “Website”).
Article 2 Definitions
1. Members: Users who have registered with the Website by agreeing to its terms and conditions, providing their personal information, and completing the user agreement to access its services.
2. User Agreement: The agreement entered into between the Website and a Member for the use of services.
3. Member’s ID: A unique sequence of characters and numbers granted to each Member for identification and service access.
4. Password: A combination of characters and numbers selected by a Member to verify their ID and protect their account.
5. Operator: The entity managing the Website and providing its services.
6. Termination: The cancellation of the user agreement by a Member.
Article 3 Applicable Rules Other than Standard Terms of Use
The Operator may announce and provide additional operational policies when necessary. If these Terms of Use and operational policies conflict, the operational policies will take precedence.
Article 4 Execution of User Agreement
1. The user agreement is established when a person wishing to use the Website agrees to these Terms of Use and their membership application is accepted by the Operator.
2. Individuals who wish to become Members must indicate their agreement to these Terms of Use by clicking “I agree” during the membership application process.
Article 5 Application for the Use of Services
1. Members must provide accurate information, such as their User ID, Password, and nickname, during registration.
2. Members who register false information, use stolen information, or provide inaccurate details may lose access to services and may face legal consequences.
Article 6 Personal Information Processing
The Operator and Website do not have access to Members’ Passwords. Personal information is handled in compliance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. The Operator is not responsible for data leaks caused by Members’ negligence. Any illegal use of registered information may result in legal action and the submission of relevant data to authorities.
Article 7 Operator’s Obligations
1. The Operator will address reasonable complaints from Members promptly. If immediate resolution is not possible, Members will be notified through announcements or email.
2. The Operator will ensure service continuity by addressing equipment malfunctions quickly. However, the Operator is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters.
Article 8 Members’ Obligations
1. Members must comply with these Terms of Use, operational policies, and applicable laws. They must not disrupt the Website’s operations or damage its reputation.
2. Members may not transfer or assign their rights to use the Website without the Operator’s consent.
3. Members are responsible for safeguarding their IDs and Passwords and must not share them with any third party.
4. Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Website, or any third party.
Article 9 Service Use Hours
1. Services are generally available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance, which will be announced in advance.
2. Services may be suspended without prior notice in emergencies, such as system failures or natural disasters. Notices will be provided as soon as possible.
Article 10 Termination of User Agreement
1. Members may terminate their user agreement online. Upon termination, all personal information will be deleted, and the Operator will no longer have access to it.
2. Termination of the user agreement does not automatically terminate other contracts or services tied to the Website.
Article 11 Limitations on Use of Services
The Website may restrict or terminate access to services if Members engage in the following actions:
1. Providing false or misleading information during registration
2. Impersonating others or stealing information
3. Infringing on intellectual property rights
4. Engaging in fraudulent or criminal activities
5. Disrupting the Website’s operations or violating applicable laws
Article 12 Management of Postings
1. The Operator reserves the right to monitor, move, or delete postings that violate the Terms of Use.
2. The Operator may comply with public institution requests to modify or delete postings.
Article 13 Copyrights to Postings
1. Members retain ownership of the content they post. The Website may use these postings for non-commercial purposes within its services.
2. Members must obtain permission before using others’ postings for commercial purposes.
Article 14 Indemnification
1. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events, Member negligence, or optional service use.
2. The Operator is not responsible for disputes or damages arising from interactions between Members or with third parties.
