1. Order Processing

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3 business days for Japan and Taiwan, and 5 business days for the United States and other countries.

• For pre-order items or products with a designated shipping date, shipping will proceed as per the previously notified schedule.

2. Shipping Carriers

• We utilize shipping carriers optimized for each region, including EMS, UPS, and FedEx.
